Michelin Medley Hong Kong: Overview

From fluffy, egg-based wanton noodles to nutrient-rich snake soup and tender goose meat, Hong Kong is well-known for its local eats and unique smorgasbord of dim sum. On the other end of the spectrum, this vibrant city-state is also known for its pot-pourri of Michelin restaurants covering an array of cuisines.

On our recent trip, we went to three Michelin restaurants, namely:

1. Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Central, Hong Kong (2 stars, Lunch)
2. Robuchon au Dome at Grand Lisboa, Macau (3 stars, Dinner)
3. Caprice at Four Seasons, Central, Hong Kong (2 stars, Dinner)

These restaurants will reviewed as part of a Michelin Medley featuring establishments who have garnered one of the most sought-after accolades in the food industry.
